HybridWhat you will do
The Global Learning & Performance Lead is responsible for developing and deploying the content strategy for Kenvue, ensuring that all learning is relevant, focused and building high performance and engagement across Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the learning content strategy globally to ensure that learning is relevant, future focused and driving business growth.
- Discover & source global learning content from internal and external partnerships creating learning pathways at scale for large global audiences.
- Establish oversight of global learning inventories and establish a content management strategy globally in partnership with the business.
- Partner with the business to identify existing learning programs materials that can be leveraged at scale for large global audiences.
- Create a strategy to convert learning content into Learning at Kenvue Technology as new business needs are identified
- Have strong digital skills and knowledge to select relevant digital assets from a wide variety of global and complex online sources/platforms etc.
- Ability to partner with senior management and cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the business.
- Build deep knowledge and understanding of multiple businesses to interpret needs and challenges, proactively recommend learning content.
- Ability to influence a wide variety of global leaders and possess strong engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and agility in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to interact with multiple clients simultaneously and self-manage priorities with competing demands.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning management or related field
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Previous experience designing and implementing learning content in a high performing Global Organizations
- Instructional Designer Qualification

- Project Management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing content strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhance application performance
- Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize development processes
