HybridWhat you will do
This role will design and implement the Global Johnson’s Baby Equity and Communications Strategy, partnering closely with lead markets (e.g. India and China) to deliver the brand’s growth ambition. This leader will establish brand foundations including brand positioning and architecture, develop compelling creative platforms and deliver effective communications to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Brand and communication strategy and partners with key markets to develop the Global 3YOP Growth strategy. Partners with the markets to deliver for business performance including NTS, GP & Share.
Develop brand campaigns anchored on consumer needs and insights, in partnership with agencies
Partner with key markets to ensure the brand growth in line with Science of Brand Growth principles for both consumer and HCP
Ensure strong collaboration with lead markets and cross-functional teams to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.
Develops talent to become a high performing team. Member of the global brand leadership team, leading the development of globally aligned strategies, and serving as a key voice for the segment with senior commercial marketing, sales, and cross functional executives across all regions.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university or equivalent experience. Masters’ degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Strong acumen in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience optimization.
Experience with developing effective communication strategies that deliver penetration growth
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments.
Evidence of having shaped and landed strategic thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex simple.
Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales across multiple markets. Strong track record of success working with local markets.
Deep understanding of the segment/category (consumer, insights & industry), evidence of managing complex brand portfolios, creating actionable plans and building strong capabilities required to grow our brands across the team.
Demonstrated experience managing creative and media agencies in multi-market environments
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Ability to make clear choices and highly developed prioritization skills.
Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth + substantial experience working with and managing global teams.
Storytelling, empathy, audience acumen for impact + making the complex simple.
