Key Responsibilities
The Analyst’s key responsibilities include:
- Request and document complex local data change controls, collaborating with the local requester to ensure that the change requested adheres to the master data processes and partners’ requirements at the global and regional levels.
- Curate and publish corporate, brand and product knowledge articles ensuring accurate and consistent information is available to the GCC and its partners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed content management workflow statistics supporting dashboard metrics.
- Collaborate with Information Technology to report and help solve content management tools and applications.
- Contribute to master data change controls and knowledge projects, including defining and refining requirements, partner expectations and timelines, and communications at governance meetings.
- Identify novel approaches to master data and knowledge management to simplify and streamline processes.
- Request and execute change controls, aligning to regional and global master data governance.
- Ensure the usability and integrity of system master data and content by reviewing a representative set of change requests for accuracy, completeness and applicability to business rules.
- Assist with training and development of training materials as needed.
- Review Master Data Management standard operating procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Contribute to incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions.
- Support system upgrade activities including: requirements definition, testing and training.
- Work multi-functionally with and mentor Content Analyst and System Analyst Contractors to ensure end-to-end alignment within system and across system maintenance activities.
- Exercise the highest level of integrity with performed responsibilities and tasks.
- In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report and seek correction for deviations.

Qualifications
The qualifications include:
- BA/BS in business or technology required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; visual basics programming experience required
- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in enterprise systems and content administration; contact centers/customer service environments and work in global product databases required
- Understanding of data/knowledge management systems and supporting automation tools and applications; experience in data hierarchies required
- Understanding of content management supporting systems operations; experience in product configurations required
- Experience in Supply Chain SAP product master data configuration required
- Good technical and analytical skills with the proficiency to pinpoint data anomalies in records based on analysis
- Strong customer service orientation, creative and positive problem solver
- Strong leadership skills, able to direct individuals in the context of project related activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven critical thinking skills
