What you will do

What You Will Do

The Group Manager - SelfCare is responsible for leading and coaching your sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals, whilst ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will drive the development and execution of innovative sales strategies that strengthen the SelfCare product line’s market presence nationally, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing national sales team by fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain key account relationships to exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities, report variances, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to amplify brand presence and integrate customer feedback into product positioning and sales tactics.
  • Monitor sales progress and performance, proactively identify potential issues, initiate corrective actions, and resolve complex customer challenges to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to design integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Implement and manage incentive plans and budgets to motivate the sales force, drive performance, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage trade budgets and account assignments to optimize coverage and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and mentor high-potential sales talent through coaching and leadership initiatives, ensuring team excellence and succession planning.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • · 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably in both retail pharmacy and ethical channel environments.
  • · Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • · Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple product lines.
  • · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
