This role will own the HCP activation calendar and drive the development, optimisation, and activation of omni-channel initiatives that enable brand teams to deliver high-quality, sequenced, and effective content across paid, owned, earned, and shared HCP touchpoints.
Acting as the connector between HCP content leads, global and regional HCP capability, media, IT and tech functions, as well local cross-functional marketing teams, this role ensures that HCP content is activated seamlessly and supported by consistent capability building.
The successful candidate will champion a test-and-learn mindset, developing existing HCP channels, exploring emerging HCP channels, and helping the HCP team in Northern Europe stay future-ready in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Omni-Channel Strategy & Channel Development
Lead the development and evolution of the Northern Europe HCP omni-channel roadmap across owned, paid, earned, and shared channels.
Ensure the optimal mix of channels to drive meaningful penetration, reach, and frequency with HCPs.
Lead on the development of Kenvue Pro, our HCP portal (providing samples, educational content, support tools and e-commerce capabilities)
Partner with global, regional and local teams to adopt, localise, and implement best-in-class channel strategies, platforms, and technology.
Drive forward thinking and innovation by identifying emerging HCP engagement channels and assessing their role in future activation plans.
2. Activation Excellence & Brand Partnership
Collaborate closely with brand leads to translate HCP strategies into effective omni-channel activation plans.
Ensure brand content is optimised for each channel and executed consistently across digital, field force, professional organisations, medical influencers, KOLs, PR/Comms, social media, and partnerships.
Lead on the development of customer and content journeys, sequencing frameworks, and professional pathways to maximise HCP recommendations.
3. Capability Building & Team Upskilling
Serve as the HCP omni-channel expert for the Northern Europe team, building knowledge, confidence, and excellence across brand teams, field teams, and cross-functional partners.
Deliver capability frameworks, training sessions, playbooks, and best-practice tools that drive a step-change in HCP activation.
Act as a key member of the NE Pharmacy team to ensure capability solutions align with HCP audience priorities and customer expectations.
4. Data Strategy, Measurement & Performance
Partner with analytics teams to define channel KPIs, penetration goals, and frequency strategies.
Lead test-and-learn programmes to drive continuous improvement, optimise performance, and surface future recommendations.
Lead on 1PD acquisition, consent, segmentation, and audience data enrichment to enable more effective personalisation and measurement.
Build repeatable reporting and insight frameworks to support decision-making and investment modelling.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with medical, regulatory, sales, GA, PR/Comms, and global/regional HCP teams to ensure aligned activation and compliant execution across all HCP touchpoints.
Strengthen partnerships with external HCP stakeholders, including professional organisations and pharmacy customers, to ensure seamless channel activation and content distribution.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in digital, or omni-channel HCP marketing roles.
Proven track record of activating across multi-channel ecosystems (paid, owned, earned, shared) and owning complex activation calendars.
Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of HCP communications, professional pathways, and the role of influencers/KOLs.
Demonstrated success in developing digital, content, or capability frameworks at regional or market level.
Skills
