Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
· HCP Strategy & Engagement
· Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP marketing strategy to drive Listerine advocacy and recommendation among dentists, hygienists, and related oral care professionals.
· Translate clinical evidence and brand strategy into compelling HCP value propositions.
· Design and deploy segmented engagement plans by HCP type, influence level, and lifecycle stage.
· Scientific Communication & Content Development
· Lead the creation of scientific and educational content (detail aids, presentations, digital assets, training materials) aligned with clinical data and regulatory standards.
· Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scientific credibility of all HCP materials.
· Champion evidence-based messaging that differentiates Listerine in disease prevention, oral health outcomes, and daily patient care.
· Advocacy & KOL Management
· Identify, engage, and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and high-impact advocates within the HCP community.
· Plan and execute advisory boards, expert meetings, speaker programs, and congress engagement.
· Build sustainable advocacy platforms that amplify peer-to-peer influence and recommendation behavior.
· Campaign & Activation Excellence
· Lead end-to-end execution of HCP campaigns across field force, digital, and professional channels.
· Drive integrated omnichannel activation, including face-to-face, digital detailing, webinars, and educational platforms.
· Track performance and continuously optimize programs based on insights.
· Insights, Analytics & Performance Management
· Leverage market research, HCP insights, and performance data to inform strategy and execution.
· Define KPIs linked to advocacy, recommendation, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
· Regularly evaluate ROI and recommend course corrections to maximize impact.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in HCP marketing, healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or consumer health preferably within healthcare or related industries.
· Proven ability to lead and manage marketing teams and cross-functional projects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
· Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently to internal stakeholders, and regional/global teams.
Desired Qualifications
· Proven track record in building HCP advocacy and recommendation
· Experience working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Medical, Regulatory teams, and Sales
· Exposure to oral care, FMCG healthcare, or dental categories is strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of HCP behavior and decision-making
· Ability to translate science into impactful marketing stories
· Strategic thinking with strong executional rigor
· Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
· High standards for compliance, ethics, and scientific integrity
