What you will do

As HCP & Pharma rep you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will execute the HCP strategy driving excellence execution to build brand awareness and recommendation across the key portfolio in Sweden. Implementation of the local HCP plan to growth brand penetration and increase NTS, reporting to HCP Lead. Measured on clear KPIs  and report on progress to optimize strategies. You will also be responsible for planning of local educational HCP event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build HCP engagement by implementing innovative support packages in line with the HCP strategy in achieving market growth and share acceleration
  • Promote assigned products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver effective and high-quality product presentations and educational sessions.
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
  • Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Share field intelligence with marketing and medical teams to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, supply chain).
  • Work closely with CAM and KAM to build relevant materials to deliver value creation against HCP in pharma channel
  • Implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, monitor and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and medical affairs to align and support campaigns and product launches.

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
