What you will do

Your Role:

As the People Business Partner (HR) Leader for CEE countries, you will partner closely with local leadership teams across Central and Eastern Europe to drive Kenvue’s People Experience Strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, organizational coach, and HR expert—focusing on culture, engagement, talent, and transformation. You’ll also play a key role in labor relations and employee lifecycle excellence.

You won’t just follow plans — you’ll co-create them, own them, and see your ideas come to life in the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive and implement the People Experience Strategy aligned with the Kenvue Way across CEE countries.
  • Partner closely with local leadership to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support in navigating organizational challenges.
  • Lead efforts to shape culture, boost engagement, and drive positive employee experiences.
  • Translate global talent strategies into impactful local initiatives to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent.
  • Coordinate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, ER/LR, and Global Services to ensure integrated, seamless HR solutions.
  • Identify and develop future-fit capabilities across the region in line with strategic goals.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts within client groups.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Central Europe HR teams to align efforts and share best practices.
Qualifications - External

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of HR experience, including Generalist or Employee/Labor Relations roles.
  • Proven track record in multinational environments; FMCG or healthcare experience a plus.
  • Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to turn HR KPIs and business insights into actionable people strategies.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and labor relations practices.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented team player with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent English required.
