HybridWhat you will do
You will be responsible for leading the talent onboarding operation (prehiring, preborading, hiring), manage vendor relationship, team leadership, stakeholder relationship, escalation management, reporting, process management and continous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative strategies for analyzing and optimizing human resource operations
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support decision-making processes
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations
Design and implement reports to meet global, regional and local business needs in alignment with HR Operations Lead role
Collaborate with HR leaders and key business stakeholders for Core HR, Talent/Succession and Compensation to drive integrated Workday solution
Support the regional and global heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Produce high-quality materials for executive meetings and tools/resources for the HR team
Manage the HR team to deliver against People Plans and core HR processes
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and team engagement

Required Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's degree
Relevant previous experience in HR operations
Experience and/or education in other fields of HR is highhly recomended (i.e., understanding TA, Payroll, labour legislation, etc)
Experience leading HR operations for high performing teams with a hybrid base (locally, remotely, and hybrid).
Experience working with HCM (Human Capital Management) systems like workday and Service now
Advanced/Fluent in English
Advanced in Portuguese if based in Colombia is a plus
Advanced in Spanish if based in Brazil is a plus
