What you will do

The In Market Analyst LAS is responsible for reviewing and organizing purchase orders and inventory data, coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely routing and shipping, and resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synthesize market data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions in the Latin American region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement innovative market analysis frameworks tailored to emerging trends and consumer behaviors.
• Lead the development of dynamic reporting tools that visualize complex market dynamics for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage and optimize data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance in fast-paced market environments.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations that translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
• Review, verify accuracy, and maintain completeness of documents including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and accounting reports.
• Organize and enter data into inventory and shipping management systems to maintain up-to-date records.
• Generate, analyze, and report on inventory levels to identify potential shortages, variances, and support operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with traffic, production planning, warehouse personnel, factories, and distribution centers to ensure timely routing, scheduling, and shipment of goods.
• Monitor and control finished goods inventory by analyzing purchase orders and stock on hand to ensure availability for back orders.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and customer issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Compile and publish regular inventory and shipment reports to support operational decision-making.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 2 years of related experience in market analysis, inventory management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and data management.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.
• English - intermediate.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven ability to innovate in data gathering and analysis techniques, leveraging both traditional and digital tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization software, advanced Excel capabilities and OMP System
• Proficiency in using inventory management and reporting software.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including production, warehouse, and distribution personnel.
• Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory variances and customer concerns.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for uncovering market trends and translating them into strategic opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively to varied audiences.
