What you will do
The Analyst IC LATAM is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, providing input in financial planning processes, supporting senior analysts with research and analysis, and recommending ways to automate or improve financial reporting processes:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and trends in the LATAM region to provide insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement financial strategies in alignment with business goals
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Research and recommend innovative technologies and tools to enhance financial reporting processes and efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to assist senior analysts in decision-making processes
- Participate in department expense and capital budgeting activities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of expenses
- Support month end and quarter close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Create ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed to support business initiatives
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a related analytical role
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Intermediate English level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and tools
