Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
As a Channel Activation pharma intern, you will learn to manage a brand activation in the channel to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer.
Main duties
Responsible of the development and implementation of the Channel Activation Plan
- Development and deployment of a Channel Activation Plan per brand, based on regional shopper strategic guidelines or defined hub campaign initiatives in combination with local market/customer strategies.
- Learning the relevance of execution, in order to work for the implementation of the plans per channel, based on local knowledge and in alignment and coordination with all departments involved.
- Provide pharmacy sales teams with brand & category education and relevant detailing material.
- Understanding how the development and evaluation of campaign performance works
- Learn to train commercial teams on perfect store guidelines and ensure execution through accountable plans.
- Help monitor and evaluate actual vs targets and to suggest corrective actions where needed.
Responsible of Market monitoring and Insights Sharing
- Learning on the syndicated data of each sub-channel and use it for interpretation.
- Coordinate in-depth Market Share Tracking on Channel and customer and discuss relevant actions with sales and brand activation teams respectively.
Learn to have a key role in the country governance model:
- Take responsibility of coordination between departments in order to guarantee a full alignment between brand activation team and sales team.
What we are looking for
Required skills:
- Business Administration, marketing, finance graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in a consumer moving goods environment in sales, sales analytics, category management, shopper marketing/insights, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical background, and/or category management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
