What you will do

We are hiring multiple candidates across our Technology and Data teams, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with local, regional, or global business and development partners depending on the role. We seek results‑driven individuals with demonstrated leadership, high energy, adaptability, and a strong customer focus. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, bringing strong interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Success in this environment requires managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team‑oriented setting and maintaining a strong passion for technology, including staying current with emerging trends. This role also offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, IT solution delivery, innovative technology initiatives, and broader business operations from a sales perspective.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT for technical and sales projects, collaborating with business partners to identify current and future needs.
  • Information Gathering Facilitation: Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions with business and technology partners to gather requirements and assist in cost-benefit analyses.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and guide project team members to achieve project objectives by effectively managing scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, developing efficient strategies to meet objectives while considering unique business conditions and constraints.
  • Project Planning & Reporting: Prepare and communicate comprehensive project plans and reports, monitoring for deviations in scope, schedule, and cost, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • User Access Management: Oversee user access requests, conduct security audits, and manage related tasks to ensure compliance and security.
  • SDLC Compliance: Adhere to the IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology throughout project execution.
  • Work Environment Support: Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes excellence in customer service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.

  • Domain Experience: Gain expertise in areas such as Data & Analytics, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Website Management, CRM, Data Engineering, and Marketing
  • Project Management Skills: Develop and enhance project management capabilities.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Improve ability to communicate and present effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Engage in programs focused on innovation and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • IT Processes & Methodologies: Learn about IT processes and methodologies essential for effective operations.
  • Technical Documentation: Understand the requirements for creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Matrixed Organization Dynamics: Acquire skills for working effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Business Partner Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with business partners.
     

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • Eligible to complete an 8-month co-op term in Markham. This assignment will take place from May 2026 to December 2026 and will be hybrid
  • Proven ability to work independently without continuous feedback
     

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Majors: Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, International Business Administration, Strategy, and Engineering-related fields
  • Project Management: Expert in action planning, teamwork, and delivering customer-focused results while managing costs and timelines effectively.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting conflicting deadlines.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experienced with MSFT Power products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as Tableau, JIRA, SQL, Java, Python, and Robotic Process Automation.
  • Coding & Product Management: Hands-on experience with Python, React, and SQL, along with exposure to product management methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management & Critical Thinking: Skilled in building partnerships, responsive to needs, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Adaptability & Detail Orientation: Quick learner with a strong attention to detail and understanding of relational database concepts.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$34.000,00 - $49.450,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
