Job Description:
Kenvue is recruiting for a Cash Accounting Team Lead for its Finance Operations team. As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Treasury and Cash team. Working closely with the newly formed Treasury teams in the US, Switzerland, and Singapore, this role will support the Treasury and Cash accounting area in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, supporting the accounting related to Holding companies is also part of this role.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
Process responsibilities:
- Support the vision, strategy, and delivery of the Treasury and Cash Account to Report processes for Kenvue globally.
- Conform to the cash management operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Cash and Bank transactions and other Treasury and Holding Company related accounting.
- Adhere to SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
- Adhere to the documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with the key aim to implement and maintain one consistent, high-quality standard across regions.
Compliance:
- Participate in the audit process and support the Treasury & Cash Accounting and the Legal Entity Controllership team to ensure sound financial practices.
- Adhere to the internal controls in place to achieve SOX compliance.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Cash Accounting, Financial Accounting or General Accounting
- With at least 1 year experience in leading a team as a supervisor
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ US Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or a Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
- Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized, and work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Solid US GAAP
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO
- Experience in a Global Account to Report in the function of a large multi-state company
