The Digital Commerce Shopper Insights Manager is responsible for delivering category, consumer and shopper insights to the Amazon, Last Mile Delivery (LMD), Social Commerce and Omnichannel Sales teams. This role serves as a key liaison between the digital commerce teams and the Shopper Insights, Strategic Shelf and Channel Insights teams.

As the Digital Commerce Shopper Insights Lead, this individual will help shape and coordinate the digital commerce learning agenda, including custom research and test‑and‑learn initiatives. A strong analytical foundation is essential, enabling the manager to drive standardization and adoption of panel tools and provide marketplace incrementality and shifting analyses to the broader organization.

This role will partner closely with the Digital Shelf and Merchandising teams to monitor eShare of Search performance and support search optimization efforts. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with Consumer Business Intelligence (CBI) and Sales to deliver competitive insights that inform promotional optimization and identify leading marketplace indicators. The position is also responsible for monitoring the impact of pricing policies across the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive short- and long‑term digital commerce impact by collaborating closely with Sales, Category, Insights and external vendor partners in a fast‑paced environment
  • Develop compelling, insights‑driven presentations that translate business objectives into customer strategies across distribution, merchandising, promotion and online placement
  • Shape strategies that identify business needs and priorities, driving joint value solutions for Kenvue and key retail partners
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility by prioritizing features, optimizing costs and improving delivery efficiency
  • Serve as a strong, organized servant leader—communicating clearly, prioritizing effectively, removing obstacles and championing team achievements
  • Lead category analytics support for Selling Partner Services sessions, quality business reviews, and business planning meetings; present insights and strategic recommendations in internal and external forums
  • Foster strong collaboration across internal stakeholders and the digital commerce team, aligning brand needs with customer demands to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Coordinate learning plans that advance digital commerce priorities within CBI Shopper Insights; leverage national research to support Digital, Social and Omni retailer objectives
  • Act as the subject matter expert for panel tools—setting analysis standards, driving rigor and enabling consistent use across teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for eShare of Search (eSOS) analytics; partner with Digital Shelf and Content teams to uncover insights that optimize product display pages and drive traffic and conversion improvements
  • Support Retail Media teams with analytical insights to optimize search and display investments across ecommerce customers
  • Lead analysis of promotional pricing guidelines and communicate performance impacts to the Revenue Growth Management organization
  • Leverage internal and customer systems (e.g., Nielsen, Stackline, Amazon Vendor Central) to manage and maximize business plans
  • Deliver marketplace incrementality and shifting insights to optimize digital commerce promotional events
  • Act as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring customer needs are reflected in new item launches, 4P execution and overall strategy
  • Influence cross‑functional partners to align on customer and company business plans and drive long‑term objectives
  • Consistently comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Serve as a change agent in driving digital commerce within Kenvue, at the customer, and internal Kenvue franchises driving and instituting strategies that enhance collaborative efforts of Kenvue and devising innovative strategies/solutions that result in increased sales, profit and/or business productivity

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data capabilities or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
  • Ability to influence using collaborative approaches to drive rapid change at large scale
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
  • Proven ability to successfully negotiate internally and externally to align competing needs at high levels across dotted line relationships
  • Ability to instill followership through strong collaboration
  • This role will be located in Summit, NJ and require up to 10% travel

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years prior experience in a consumer products company and/or with direct customer sales, category or insights
  • d-Commerce experience highly preferred
  • Experience with syndicated d-Commerce data systems
  • Prior people leadership experience

Lo stipendio base annuale per i nuovi assunti in questa posizione varia:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00
