What You Will Do
 

The FP&A Sr Analyst role is pivotal in owning the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of the regional Supply Chain results, as well as providing valuable insights and analytics to both Business Unit Finance and Operations to drive overall strategy. This role will drive key integration and strategy initiatives to support the full adoption of the SC FP&A deployment model and deliver more accurate, simplified, automated, timely, insightful reporting & process and leverage technology as a key enabler. The Sr Analyst will be responsible for identifying ways to standardize activities across the Supply Chain FP&A by challenging the status quo and playing a role in their adoption.
 

The FP&A Sr Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model is forged through collaboration across the Commercial and Supply Chain Finance teams. In addition, understanding of the FP&A processes, systems and ability to optimally frame and communicate with senior leaders, will be meaningful to success and to the team as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
 

· Lead LATAM consolidation for CNIS details, BVAs, regional decks and presentations

· Mapping process, activities and interactions model with focus on process improvement and standardization

· Support GP Bridges, headcount and other financial metrics’ actual reporting, Business Plan, forecast updates and quarterly LT’s

· Calendar alignment for Business Plan, forecast updates and quarterly LT’s

· Work close with LATAM FP&A SC Manager to support strategic projects

· Ensure policies and procedures are followed

· Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution

What We Are Looking For
 

Required Qualifications

· A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting/Engineering;

· Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus);

· Experience in Supply Chain Finance is desired;

· Experience with system SAP (OneStream knowledge is desirable);

· Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI;

· Professional with strong communication skills, able to interact with senior management;

· Strong collaboration and demonstrated business partnering with the ability to influence;

· Strong analytical capabilities;

· Proactiveness and intellectual curiosity;

· Ability to work autonomously, while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
