Kenvue is recruiting for an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to support its Risk Management team. The role will be based in Manila and will be responsible for driving reporting excellence, data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the ASPAC region.
As a member of the team, you will partner closely with Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Commercial teams, and other key stakeholders to provide meaningful business insights, standardize reporting, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and overall performance.
Reporting and Business Analytics
Own and maintain ASPAC I2C operational and management reporting.
Develop, standardize, and automate regional reports and dashboards.
Analyze key I2C performance metrics including but not limited to:
DSO
Overdue AR
AR Forecast Accuracy
Deliver timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through data analysis.
Support regional business reviews and executive presentations.
Digitalization and Automation
Drive automation initiatives across the ASPAC I2C organization.
Identify manual activities and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Design and maintain tools utilizing:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Excel VBA and Macros
SAP Scripting
SAP Reporting Solutions
SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications
Partner with IT and Digital teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
Support the rollout and governance of new digital tools and technologies.
Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Lead reporting standardization initiatives across ASPAC markets.
Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonize, and optimize I2C processes.
Document business requirements and process workflows.
Support regional projects related to process improvement, controls enhancement, and system implementations.
Promote best practices and drive adoption of standardized reporting methodologies.
Governance, Controls and Compliance
Ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal control requirements.
Support SOX controls and audit requirements related to reporting and automation activities.
Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes, automation solutions, and business requirements.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with regional and market I2C teams to understand reporting and automation needs.
Present findings, trends, and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Act as a key contact for ASPAC reporting and digitalization activities.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure to collections, deductions, and/or credit management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
Pivot Tables
Power Query
Advanced Formulas
VBA/Macro Development
Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with SAP ERP reporting and data extraction.
Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
Knowledge of credit management, collections, cash application, deductions, and other I2C processes.
Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit requirements.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling through data.
