This position reports into Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation and is based at
Bengaluru, India.

What You Will Do
The Lead Business Analyst, RPA will be involved in the discovery and scaling of Intelligent
Automation (IA) capability to support the organization's growing analytics and intelligent automation demand. Responsibilities for this role will include defining and shaping the global IA demand pipeline across all of Supply Chain functions, prioritizing demands and completing discovery and feasibility assessment for each opportunity.
The ideal candidate for this role will understand how various Intelligent Automation solutions integrate with each other as well as be able to identify the appropriate combination of IA solutions to solve specific business problems that drive the greatest business value. These solutions include but are not limited to Process Excellence, Robotic Process Automation, Optical Character Recognition and Artificial Intelligence.
He/she should be aware of current and future market and technology developmentsinside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers,blogs, upskilling, and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and data
to identify areas for process improvement and automation. Develop comprehensive
business and functional requirements documentation.
· Assess the complexity of the process, analyze the ROI, perform the technical
feasibility, and create business case for the identified use case.
· Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates on
project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
· Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes.
· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA
and process optimization. Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
· Celonis experience is an added advantage. Leverage your Celonis expertise to analyze
and optimize business processes. Use Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Lead and own end-to-end lifecycle of Intelligent Automation capability, focusing
heavily on the process discovery aspects to build IA pipeline like opportunity
assessment, business case analysis, feasibility assessment and active engagement with stakeholders
· Partner with cross-functional SMEs to develop automation business cases and
establish KPIs to measure process improvements
· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and data.to identify areas for process improvement and automation
· Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements documentation
· Evaluate process complexity and support technical feasibility assessment
· Provide regular updates on assessment progress and potential road blockers
· Partner with the IT teams to deliver a stable and scalable fit-for-purpose IA solutions
and provide inputs on refining existing implementation framework
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· 8+ years of experience in Business analysis with a minimum of 3-4 years in an RPA Business Analyst role.
· Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and gather and document requirements.
· Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for process design,
requirements, and test cases.
· Managing relationships with business users, developers, and other project
stakeholders is critical to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA and process optimization projects.
· Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
· Certified UiPath candidates are preferred.
· Basic understanding of coding (e.g., C#, VB.NET) would be beneficial.
· Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) can aid in process discovery and analysis.
· Knowledge of Supply Chain domain and key concepts would be an add-on for the role.
Qualifications - External
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
