Cosa farai

The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the deployment of key transformation initiatives including process alignment, optimization initiatives, and performance tracking, driving towards a best in class finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for all Controllership and other Enterprise Finance transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to implement optimization initiatives, unlocking efficiencies and driving long-term value.
  • Ensure transparency between value levers and impact on targets based on project status and outlook
  • Drive visibility to strategic insights and key performance metrics to enable critical business goals
  • Lead diligence, documentation and readiness assessments for in-scope deployments, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Leverage deployment framework to translate strategic initiative into execution plans with clear roadmaps, designs, and activity models
  • Proactively identify any stranded activities and drive alignment and transition plans accordingly
  • Provide support to leadership to solution complex issues as they arise and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Lead hypercare support and business continuity plans for key deployments
  • Clearly link enablers to finance design and deployments
  • Drive transparency to risks and opportunities to plan

                                                                                                                        

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting or Business Management
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance, operations, or related business experience is required.
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment, recommend, and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Fluent English proficiency

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with transformations, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with core corporate finance functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills
