This role is ideal for an analytical problem‑solver who is comfortable working directly with data, building analyses and dashboards, and translating findings into clear, practical recommendations. The Manager partners closely with the Associate Director and broader analytics teams to execute the HCP measurement roadmap and ensures high‑quality, consistent analytics across brands.

Key Responsibilities:

HCP Analytics Execution & Insight Delivery

  • Execute HCP analytics in support of brand, medical and commercial objectives across priority HCP audiences (e.g., dermatologists, pediatricians, dentists, primary care providers)
  • Analyze HCP engagement data and translate results into clear insights that inform optimization and next‑best actions
  • Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc analyses to support campaign planning, performance reviews and investment decisions

Segmentation, Targeting & Engagement Analysis

  • Analyze engagement patterns across field, digital, hybrid and peer‑to‑peer HCP channels
  • Identify differences in engagement and performance across HCP sub‑segments to guide targeting and messaging strategies

Advocacy, Education & Scientific Impact Measurement

  • Measure performance of HCP education, scientific exchange, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Partner with medical affairs teams to analyze engagement with evidence‑based content, continuing medical education programs and congress activations
  • Support analyses that connect HCP advocacy and education to brand credibility, recommendation and downstream impact

Performance Tracking, KPIs & Dashboards

  • Build, maintain and enhance HCP performance dashboards tracking reach, frequency, engagement quality and outcomes
  • Monitor KPIs and flag trends, opportunities and risks for brands and HCP initiatives
  • Support ROI and optimization analyses to help determine where investments should be scaled, refined or deprioritized

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner day‑to‑day with brand, medical, media and commercial teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytical approaches
  • Collaborate with media and digital analytics teams to incorporate HCP insights into broader audience and journey analyses
  • Work closely with the Associate Director to align deliverables with broader HCP analytics strategy

Data, Tools & Ways of Working

  • Work directly with HCP data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency and analytic rigor
  • Leverage existing analytics platforms and tools to efficiently deliver insights
  • Document methodologies and contribute to standardized HCP analytics frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve recurring analyses

  • Strong hands‑on analytical skills, including KPI development, reporting and insight generation
  • Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in healthcare, consumer health, pharma or CPG environments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting professional education, advocacy or medical engagement programs
  • Exposure to media, digital or omnichannel analytics involving HCP audiences
