• ECサイト制作ディレクター（CXE所属予定）

• 目的：制作プロセス改善、ブランド一貫性確保、リードタイム短縮、コスト効率化、AI活用による効率化

主な業務 / Key Responsibilities

• ECサイトのコンテンツ制作ディレクション（外部制作会社含む）

• ワイヤーフレーム作成・管理（Figma）

• 品質管理（ブランドトーン、SEO）

• 制作進行管理（リードタイム、コスト）

• ROIを踏まえた投資判断・優先順位付け

• 外注管理＋ベンダー評価（現在はトランス・コスモス一元化、改善提案）

必須条件 / Required Skills

• ECサイトまたはWebメディアでの制作ディレクション経験（3年以上）

• Figmaスキル（必須でなくても可）

• SEO・UI/UX基本知識

• 制作進行管理＋コスト管理＋ROI判断

• 外注管理＋ベンダー評価の経験

歓迎条件 / Preferred Skills

• 化粧品・美容業界経験（他業界も歓迎）

• HTML/CSS基礎

• AIツール（例：Figma AI、生成AI）を活用した制作効率化の経験

• Google Analyticsなどを用いた効果分析経験（改善提案できるレベル）

• 英語でのコミュニケーションに違和感がない（使用率20%程度）

Position

EC Website Production Director (Planned assignment to the CXE team)

Purpose
To improve production processes, ensure brand consistency, shorten lead times, optimize costs, and enhance efficiency through the use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Direction and management of EC website content production (including external agencies/vendors)

• Creation and management of wireframes (using Figma)

• Quality control (brand tone and SEO)

• Production schedule management (lead time and cost control)

• Investment decision-making and prioritization based on ROI

• Outsourcing management and vendor evaluation
  (Currently centralized with Transcosmos; proposing and driving improvements)

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production direction for EC websites or web media

• Figma skills (nice to have; not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of SEO and UI/UX

• Experience in production scheduling/management, cost control, and ROI-based decision-making

• Experience in outsourcing management and vendor evaluation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry (candidates from other industries are also welcome)

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience improving production efficiency using AI tools
  (e.g., Figma AI, generative AI)

• Experience analyzing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to make improvement recommendations

• Comfortable communicating in English (used approximately 20% of the time)
