Cosa farai

[Summary] 
Responsible for driving brand growth and sales expansion of Kenvue OTC brands—Tylenol, Nicorette, and Rogaine Foam—within the OTx business model in Korea. This role involves defining clear value propositions for each product, identifying market opportunities, and developing both short- and long-term brand strategies. The position collaborates cross-functionally to optimize channel strategy, promotional mix, and  leading engagement-driven marketing initiatives targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals.

[Key Responsibilities] 

Drive Sales Growth of OTx Brands (Tylenol / Rogaine / Nicorette)

  • Initiate new code-in activities  at key general hospitals to expand product accessibility and adoption
  • Strengthen  Selfcare brand’s presence and treatment volume increasing prescription activity  by engaging key opinion leaders  and research societies.

Market Analysis & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as product-specific sales, market share, and ROI to assess brand health and business impact
  • Proactively responding to changes in the external environment by proposing strategic adjustments and improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and complete all assigned training programs within timelines
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term HCP engagement strategies and tactical roadmaps by each brand

Co-work with cross functional team for OTx Marketing & Operational Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute HCP engagement strategy and operational plans in alignment with internal SOPs.
  • Enhance HCP engagement effectiveness by tailoring approaches to product-specific needs and professional channels

Seminar & Congress Leadership and Execution

  • Plan and manage annual sponsorships, booth operations, and advertising activities at major congresses, ensuring optimal budget utilization to enhance brand value and drive sales
  • Engage appropriate HCPs as congress speakers and collaborate through scientific communication to develop presentation content that delivers brand messages with clinical relevance and credibility

Collaboration with pharmacy detailing team and Gate Pharmacy Channels

  • Execute product coding and detailing initiatives in clinics connected to pharmacy detailing team , strategically linking clinic engagement to pharmacy sell-out performance and ensuring consistent brand activation across all channels

 [Requirements]


- Bachelor’s degrees or above
- 3~10  years sales & marketing experience in Healthcare industry especially prescription channel

- Preferred GH/ Clinic management & ETC experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Basic understanding of business development & marketing
- Good communication & negotiation skill and good inter-personal relationship
- Proactive & positive & innovative mind
- Proficient English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

- MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

- Driver’s license
