[Summary] 
- Manage Exclusive wholesales channel sales strategy in lined with short-term and long-term brand growth goal included CSO (Contract Sales Organization), Specialty channel etc.

- Collaborate with the external partnering and engage various customers in Exclusive wholesale team for OTC products distribution and promotion

- Analyze business status and maximize new sales opportunities with partners

- Develop & execute the business in cooperation with various stakeholders and customers

- Drive sales growth activities, process management, goal achievement, analysis of results, and alternative arrangements for Tylenol, Nicorette and Rogaine sales representatives
- Train brands & products for sales representatives of customers to increase consumer exposure in pharmacies
- Analyze sales status of the company's OTC products and establishment and progress of strategies to increase pharmacy sales
- Conduct sales management such as credit management and collection of wholesale customers


[Key Responsibilities] 
- Engage various customers in wholesales channel for OTC products distribution and promotion 
- Ensure sales activities under national and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Implement specific sales event or project by developing field sales action plan at wholesales channel for Kenvue consumer Selfcare brands 
- Plan monthly activity and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improve sales activities and GTM excellence 
- Work closely related function to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives


[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degrees or above
- +10 years sales & marketing experience in Healthcare or OTC industry

- Preferred wholesales management experience especially CSO (Contract Sales Organization)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Basic understanding of business development & marketing
- Good communication & negotiation skill and good inter-personal relationship
- Proactive & positive & innovative mind
- Proficient English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
- MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
