What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for Supply Chain Finance Manager. This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Network Strategy and partners closely with the Network Strategy operations team. This position is intended to be based either out of the Sao Jose dos Campos or Sao Paulo in Brazil, and may require up to 10% travel.

What You Will Do?
 

The Finance Manager – Supply Chain Global Strategic Projects is responsible for providing direct financial support for global Kenvue network strategic initiatives and long-term sourcing decisions. This role will focus on developing business cases and financial models, including discounted cash flow analysis and cost and benefit assessments related to manufacturing network-related projects. Typical projects can include assessment of major new product or growth capacity siting decisions, expansion or acquisition of sites, process consolidations, and network realignments.

Key Responsibilities:
 

· Identify key value drivers and sensitivities for NPV/Investment/benchmarking modeling and insight, employ best practices to ensure robust valuations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a complete and thorough valuation for network strategy business cases. This role serves as a critical team member in developing, challenging, and communicating the business cases related to these projects to senior leadership in the organization and will require partnering with various franchise and Kenvue leadership across regions.

· Partner with network operations team and Supply Chain Finance teams to develop three year operating plan for network projects, along with Business Plan for network capital and operating expense

· Identify and lead process improvements, Implement standardization initiatives, including leading training to regions on NPV modeling and presentation framing for business cases.

· Support data needs for development of advanced network tools.

· Support ad hoc requests related to network analytics.


What We Are Looking For?
 

· Bachelor Degree.

· Fluently English Skills.

· Extensive finance experience.

· Extensive experience with partnering with the business focusing on cash and value creation, NPV modeling, sensitivity scenarios, ability to recognize the business value in E2E context.

· Experience in Supply Chain, investments/divestments analysis and asset optimization strategies

· Superior skills in framing data & story telling in the context of short & long-term goals.

· Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex matrix role, zoom in and out of details as needed. Excellent cross functional collaboration and influencing skills.

· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

· A proven track record interacting and influencing senior management and collaborating/influencing across functions.

· Experience with automation tools such as Knime and Power BI is a plus

· Availability to work in São José dos Campos in a Hybrid Model.

· Understanding of Consumer Health business and Operations function.

Individuals in this position need to rapidly learn the background of each business and understand the manufacturing processes and interactions with other plants supporting the business and the related cost structures.
