What you will do
The ITC Analyst is responsible for analyzing and balancing general ledger accounts, completing month-end reconciliations, generating complex reports, auditing accounts, and assessing credit risk:
Key Responsibilities
Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and patterns
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable performance for management review
Implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process
Balance Accounts Receivable general ledger accounts
Complete month end reconciliation with financial accounting
Generate and analyze complex month end and quarterly reports
Audit general ledger accounts monthly and review exceptions to policy
Perform financial statement analysis and assess risk on applicants seeking credit
Monitor portfolio performance/trends of accounts and compare to industry benchmarks
Participate in special projects to improve Accounts Receivable processes
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in relevant field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong team working and relationship building skills
Ability to express ideas and information in an organized and logical manner
Ability to prioritize workload effectively
Desired Qualifications
Ability to work and communicate with management on issue resolutions and decision making
Excellent data entry and processing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic SAP skills are desirable
