あなたがすること

Kenvue is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Manager, Customer Marketing - Drug to develop and implement integrated brand marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey and leverage data-driven insights to support the Drug digital and promotional strategy. In this role, you will focus on creating impactful marketing initiatives for select Beauty categories, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive both in-store and online growth. You will also be responsible for campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights to guide future strategies, and assisting the Customer Marketing team in executing Loyalty & Personalization efforts with key retailers like Walgreens and CVS. Strong multitasking skills and relationship management capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in Excel for managing reporting trackers. This position reports to the Drug Customer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insight-driven media campaigns and marketing activations aligned with brand objectives and retailer priorities, with ownership of multiple categories across our beauty portfolio 
  • Support the advancement of retail media plans in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by providing thoughtful business insights and key marketplace dynamics
  • Own the planning of annual joint business planning (JBP) for marketing/media initiatives across key brands
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on customer-centric programs and strategies
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within Kenvue and externally with customer teams, agency partners and vendor partners
  • Conduct analysis of marketing and promotion program results and assist in making recommendations for future strategies
  • Help drive promotional process and ways of working while supporting the Customer Marketing team with reporting and analytics to drive continued growth
  • Support in managing budgets and providing strategic recommendations for investment
  • Create impactful insight-based stories and presentations for the Drug Customer Marketing Team and CDMs to utilize back with Drug partners to influence growth and partnership opportunities
     

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • +3 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a consumer packaged goods environment in shopper marketing/insights, marketing, sales/analytics or related agency work/field required
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with the flexibility to be based in one of the following locations: Summit, NJ; Woonsocket, RI; or Buffalo Grove, IL (Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation, to effectively manage reporting trackers and derive actionable insights for marketing campaign performance
  • Availability for up to 20% travel to support marketing initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and attend key meetings as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing marketing initiatives with major retail partners such as Walgreens and CVS, showcasing a strong understanding of the drug channel and shopper behavior
  • Basic understanding of digital media, promotions and paid search planning
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with a curiosity for problem-solving
  • Demonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions
  • Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills
