Brand Activation Intern Mass Market - 12 months
This position will be based in Madrid and will report to Brand Activation Manager.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Manage brand POS materials operations from briefing to Shipping to Warehouse (STW), in coordination with Supply, Brand Activation, Sales and Supply chain, to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer in the respective country. Lead the brand and sales S&OP process during the Commercial and Demand Squad meetings and working together with supply to provide the best brand insights impacting forecast.
Key responsabilities
- POS materials planning
- Coordinate within Brand Activation Team all the process for briefing to procurement and supply of all the promotions, POS materials and products customization both in pharma and mass market channels.
- Coordination of the whole process ensuring quality and on time delivery.
- Manage the GPL and related processes (SYNERGY, SLOBS, Destructions).
- S&OP (Sales Planning)
- Provide Forecast process with inputs from the brands, categories and sales team ensuring it provision in time and according to plan.
- Input planning volume forecast for NPI into S&OP
- Manage local product SLOBs
- Prioritization according to brands activity grid and customer requirements for the processes described before.
- Commercial Supply SQUAD meeting reports and alignment, guaranteeing data and reports availability and accuracy.
What are we looking for
Job knowledge requirements:
- Diverse educational and culture background will be highly valued but Business Administration, marketing or finance graduate with marketing master specialization is required.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications
- Fluent in English
