Brand Manager (m/w/d) OTC

This position reports into the CE Brand Lead Hub Marketing Europe and is based in Neuss, Germany

What will you do

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Lead in managing brand across multiple Central Europe markets
  • Contribute to the CE adaptation of Global Playbooks (consumer, shopper, HCP), ensuring clarity, consistency, and regional relevance
  • Support the development of CE channel and media strategies, including preparation of frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for local markets
  • Play an active role in the CE NPI pipeline, supporting portfolio analysis, business cases, and coordination with Franchise, R&D, and Commercial teams
  • Prepare and analyse consumer, market, and panel data to generate insights that inform brand strategy, portfolio choices, and media direction
  • Independently manage defined workstreams and projects across countries and functions, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for local Brand & Shopper Activation teams, supporting clear handover from CE strategy to local execution
  • Contribute to the development of the brand’s e-commerce strategy at CE level, in collaboration with Digital and Media teams
  • Support Hub capability building by sharing best practices, tools, and learnings across markets

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Confident in the use of MS Office
