Kenvue is hiring a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our leadership team in Poland. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, a high level of personal initiative, and strong organizational abilities. Prior PA experience is not required — if you’re resourceful, dependable, and quick to adapt, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting our leaders and internal operations in Poland, coordinating travel, managing calendars, and facilitating internal events and communications. You will also contribute to office coordination and company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with a flexible, can-do mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders based in Poland
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities across stakeholders
- Organize travel and accommodation via Concur; prepare and submit expense reports
- Handle the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP; coordinate with vendors
- Support onboarding of new employees and visitors from other Kenvue locations
Internal Communication & Event Coordination
- Help organize internal events such as Town Halls and company-wide initiatives
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including onsite and offsite employee gatherings
- Assist in preparing internal communications and supporting employee engagement
Office Support (as needed)
- Collaborate with external office management team on workspace logistics
- Help manage office bookings, supplies, and coordination of visits
- Order mobile devices such as phones or tablets for current and newly hired employees
Systems & Tools
- Utilize SAP, Concur, Microsoft Office, and internal tools for day-to-day operations
- Maintain and update distribution lists and organizational charts as needed
- Perform regular maintenance checks on AV systems and conference rooms
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset; able to take initiative and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in administrative, office coordination, or event management role
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
- Knowledge of any additional language is a plus
