You will be responsible for maintaining an optimized, executable and detailed production schedule with consideration of time, resources and raw materials, managing short term exceptions as appropriate.
In this role, as the Filling Production Scheduler you will provides also support to the regional E2E plan organization and the supply sites with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost. You will work to provide relevant data to the regional E2E supply planning organization enabling an optimal decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Is responsible for the optimal scheduling for the filling machines, respecting customer requirements and inventory policies
Ensures the feasibility of the production plan according to the availability of the materials and equipment.
Is responsible for maintaining the production schedule and managing any issues, or unforeseen and/or anticipated constraints.
Communication inside the organization: 1st point of contact for Manufacturing and Material Management team for short term criticalities & closely cooperate with supply planning organization
Monitors and reports on schedule achievement and delays per machine.
Organizes and coordinates weekly meetings with Production supervisors, in order to validate the production schedule and find potential solutions to improve production productivity and efficiency
Works with the Supply Planner and MRP Team to resolve issues related material and human resources in a timely manner.
Provides alternative production schedules to assist in decision-making regarding uninterrupted operation planning.
Is responsible for the continuous improvement of supporting processes.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
University Degree in the Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or any other related field.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in detailed scheduling, production planning, supply planning or material planning.
Previous experience in a big scale Fast Mover Consumer Goods (FMCG) production site will be considered as an asset.
Proficient skills in English language (verbal and written).
Good knowledge on ERP systems and Microsoft excel.
