This position reports to the Finance Master Data Lead and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do
The Analyst Finance Master Data is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial master data (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Exchange Rates) in alignment with Global DTP and standards.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of data through regular reviews and approvals.
- Identify and resolve data errors proactively; escalate issues as needed.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and access.
- Monitor and manage system access for the LATAM team, identifying and addressing gaps.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for all processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the LATAM scope.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure smooth data operations and compliance.
What we are looking for
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance Master Data or ATR functions.
- Experience in a shared services or multinational environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese/Spanish.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of finance principles and master data processes.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
