What You Will Do
As we continue to enhance our global financial systems and processes, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Sr Analyst to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of global processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, process assessment, and change management, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Process Assessment and Improvement: Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline workflows.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations. This includes testing and validating changes within the FP&A environment.
Data Management: Oversee data mapping and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting. Review available documentation on data elements to support process improvements.
Training and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate system training sessions and identify key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and users to communicate requirements effectively.
Leadership in Closing and Planning Processes: Coordinate and lead efforts related to the closing and planning calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and adherence to timelines.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a matrixed global environment to define and implement financial reporting standards. Engage with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and communicate them clearly.
Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and various stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing process enhancements by identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices and automation opportunities.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on process improvement.
Strong knowledge of data standards and proficiency in data mapping processes.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to manage large datasets, meet deadlines, and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong initiative and a positive attitude, always ready to tackle new challenges.
