What you will do
We now have an excellent opportunity for a Nordic Healthcare Professional Engagement Lead to join our Nordic business. As the Nordic HCP Lead you will be responsible for deploying the HCP strategy and engagement and driving excellent execution across all countries in Nordic in close collaboration with NE HCP Lead and team.
As HCP Lead you will lead The Health Care Professional (HCP) strategy and engagement plan in Nordics, driving HCP recommendation of our portfolio to drive brands penetration growth and increase NTS, reporting to the Head of Brands in Nordics. As the HCP Lead you lead two HCP and pharma reps in Sweden.
Internally you will work cross-functional closely with Governmental Affairs Manager, Nordic Category Retail Excellence Managers, Commercial Activation Lead and Country sales Managers ensuring driving consistent excellent execution across Nordics.
You will also be responsible for strategic planning and organizing educational events, such as workshops or conferences to educate HCPs about products or services. Identify and track Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to optimize strategies. Your role will be to disproportionately grow the share of recommendations for the HCP-driven portfolio in collaboration with the local cross-functional execution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and deploy the HCP Strategy & Content sourced by the global team and locally adapted across all relevant HCP audiences to drive brand growth
- Own the capability plan and sharing of best practices, working closely with the Northern Europe HCP Excellence Team.
- Strategically consider alterations to the healthcare environment and implement innovative support packages that assist the sales team in achieving market growth and share acceleration.
- Connect with HCPs, KOLs to identify key insights, translate them into engagement opportunities and drive HCP engagement
- Work closely with CAM leads and Nordic Category Retail Excellence Managers on the strategy and execution of omnichannel pharmacy, HCP activation & Route to Market plans.
- Lead all scientific engagement plans, including HCP conferences, advisory boards etc, using Global HCP content and adapting it as necessary to local needs & context
- Ensure all needed reporting and tracking of HCP impact is in place, working closely with Nordic Head of brands and CAM Lead.
- Responsible to train and coach field sales representatives and set clear performance goals and cycle KPIs for the team to drive impact and HCP engagement
- Implement innovative support packages that assist the sales team in achieving market growth and share acceleration
- Own the capability plan and sharing of best practices, working closely with the HCP Lead in Nordic
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, professional marketing, pharmacy sales or other recommendation-driven channels.
- Validated HCP understanding and experience in shaping HCP strategy and activation plans
- HCP marketing experience, track record of performance, HCP capability building & influence skills
- Experience developing, adapting, and activating content and communication plans, including HCP strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing, and a deep understanding of HCP requirements (human-enabled Touchpoints, 1PD and CRM, HCP Media and Telemedicine, F2F Detailing).
- Strong understanding of all the channels to reach the required audience, experience in digital activation to HCPs
- Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively and identify creative solutions to challenges.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a matrixed, regional pharmaceutical environment.
- Expertise in trade marketing, category management or field sales leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of tracking tools and performance dashboards.
- Degree in Marketing, Brand Management or related discipline.
