Kenvue is recruiting for an Interface Reconciliation Analyst for its Finance Operations Global Hub team. As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Interface Reconciliation team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Interface Reconciliation processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team for all activities related to Interface Reconciliation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
- Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
- Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
- Other tasks delegated by the Team Lead/Manager
Compliance:
- Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
- Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
- Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work on day shift, for APAC scope
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools are good to have
- Experience in a Interface, Procurement & General Accounting, or Financial Reporting department desirable
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication
- Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
- Fluent English proficiency
