あなたがすること

As a Channel Activation pharma intern, you will learn to manage a brand activation in the channel to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper and customer.

Main duties

Responsible of the development and implementation of the Channel Activation Plan

  • Development and deployment of a Channel Activation Plan per brand, based on regional shopper strategic guidelines or defined hub campaign initiatives in combination with local market/customer strategies.
  • Learning the relevance of execution, in order to work for the implementation of the plans per channel, based on local knowledge and in alignment and coordination with all departments involved.  
  • Provide pharmacy sales teams with brand & category education and relevant detailing material.
  • Understanding how the development and evaluation of campaign performance works
  • Learn to train commercial teams on perfect store guidelines and ensure execution through accountable plans.
  • Help monitor and evaluate actual vs targets and to suggest corrective actions where needed.

Responsible of Market monitoring and Insights Sharing

  • Learning on the syndicated data of each sub-channel and use it for interpretation.
  • Coordinate in-depth Market Share Tracking on Channel and customer and discuss relevant actions with sales and brand activation teams respectively.

Learn to have a key role in the country governance model:

  • Take responsibility of coordination between departments in order to guarantee a full alignment between brand activation team and sales team.

What we are looking for

  Required skills:

  • Business Administration, marketing, finance graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a consumer moving goods environment in sales, sales analytics, category management, shopper marketing/insights, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical background, and/or category management experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
