What you will do 

The Kenvue Procurement Finance team is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to work with our Procurement organization to deliver our cost and cash targets as well as executing on our strategy. This is a highly visible position that requires both detailed analytics as well as an ability to operate from a big picture perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partner with the LATAM Procurement team to maximize GP improvement & deliver a sustainable savings pipeline while also optimizing operating model given macroeconomic impacts
  • Actively review and influence pre-negotiation strategies and supplier agreements to align with preferred terms and drive value opportunities
  • Drive transparency and insights to the financial implications of external market forces (e.g., inflation) and develop robust modelling to explain & forecast changes to supplier spend and to drive E2E mitigation strategies.
  • Owns compliant delivery of results, leads Business Plan (incl annual standard cost setting) and Strategic plan development, building and delivering on comprehensive and stretching budgets for the region focused on maximizing value creation
  • Prepare and lead management performance review and effectively frame & communicate business insights to senior management to help inform and drive fact-based decisions
  • Leadership skills required to manage multiple finance and business stakeholders in regional supply chain and enterprise procurement. Role provides financial leadership on global strategic initiatives including network optimization, complexity reduction and industry benchmarking
  • Leverage available data and technologies to lead process improvements within the Source Finance team that can be scaled-up and standardized across regions/categories
  • Ensure proactive compliance with respect to Global Savings Policy and general accounting and business policies & procedures
  • Foster a transparent & collaborative partnership with the other key finance teams
  • Leads a team; Passion for people, performance management and coaching is required.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree or other financial certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA) are preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance experience with exposure to business partnering is required (FMCG Supply Chain experience would be preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

  • Experience in leading teams
  • Ability to understand end-to-end P&L and other key financial metrics, to drive end to end profitability and financial agenda for the region.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills. Innovative mindset, ability to shape solutions and work in a team environment is key for success
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to identify and lead improvements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
