The Manager, Customer Value Delivery (CVD), is responsible for leading and developing internal/external resources while ensuring the team delivers high-impact analytics, data, and forecasting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role balances people leadership, technical and architectural oversight, and strong business partnership, serving as a connector between strategy, execution, and value realization. The candidate leads through clarity, empathy, accountability, and influence, while fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and results.
People Leadership & Team Management
Leads, coaches, and develops analysts and delivery resources to perform at a high level, providing clear expectations, regular feedback, and growth opportunities. Creates an inclusive and psychologically safe environment where diverse perspectives are encouraged and candid debate leads to better outcomes. Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness, adapting leadership style to individual and team needs. Holds the team accountable for commitments while supporting them in navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities, consistent with Kenvue’s expectations for leaders who guide others to support the bigger picture and collective success .
Technical & Architectural Oversight
Provides technical and architectural guidance across analytics, data platforms, modeling, forecasting, and automation solutions without needing to be the primary hands-on contributor. Ensures solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Partners with Developers and Architects to review designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure consistency in data models, metrics, and analytical approaches. Balances speed of delivery with sustainability and quality, helping the team adopt and scale what works while retiring inefficient or redundant approaches.
Agile Delivery & Project Leadership
Leads work within an Agile delivery model, ensuring clear backlogs, well-defined priorities, and strong collaboration with product owners, scrum masters, and delivery partners. Applies practical project management skills to manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams. Ensures transparency through clear status reporting, outcome tracking, and proactive communication. Continuously improves ways of working by inspecting outcomes and adapting processes to increase effectiveness and quality.
Business Partnership & Outside-In Focus
Acts as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, deeply understanding customer, commercial, and operational priorities. Ensures the team’s work is aligned to business goals and that analytics outputs directly support decision-making, planning, and execution. Guides the team to make fact-based decisions, prioritize impact, and focus on work that delivers the greatest value for customers and the enterprise. Holds accountability not just for delivery, but for realized outcomes such as revenue impact, forecast improvement, efficiency gains, cost avoidance, or risk mitigation .

Demonstrates a strong owner mindset, taking accountability for decisions, outcomes, and learnings—even when results fall short. Must Have
Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development
Strong understanding of analytics, data platforms, modeling, and forecasting sufficient to guide design and delivery decisions
Experience leading teams in an Agile delivery environment
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business stakeholders and translate strategy into execution
Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and ability to lead through influence
Accountability for end-to-end outcomes, not just activity or output
Good to Have
Experience managing teams that include contractor or offshore resources
Prior exposure to CPG, retail, or customer analytics environments
Experience overseeing platform migrations, automation initiatives, or large cross-functional programs
Familiarity with value tracking (hours saved, cost avoidance, revenue or forecast impact)
