あなたがすること

  • Manages the planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing through subordinate planners and schedulers.
  • Develops and implements production planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies in regards to all safety and.
  • Approves production scheduling. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, material, personnel and tools.
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Provides a closed loop connection between marketing/sales stated demand, manufacturing capacity/build plans, and the total revenue plan.
  • Submits production planning report to management and develops solutions to address the potential production problems.
  • Analyzes results and initiates appropriate action to meet business goals.
  • Improves profitability through process improvements and utilization of resources.
  • Manages operational bud.
  • Reviews customer order records and backorder issues.
  • Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints.
  • Participates in new product launch meetings and new product forecasts as a business partner.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in plant planning or related field
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering or relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis and process optimization
  • Experience with software development methodologies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing plant planning operations and leading teams
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing solutions in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide constructive feedback
