あなたがすること

The PMO Leader – Brazil Tax Reform is responsible for leading the governance, planning, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination of the company's Brazil Tax Reform implementation. This role will ensure timely compliance with new tax regulations while driving business, process, and technology transformations across Tax, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Leadership

  • Establish and manage the overall Brazil Tax Reform program governance structure.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.
  • Ensure alignment of all workstreams and strategic objectives.

Program Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate activities across Tax, Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Legal teams.
  • Manage interdependencies, critical path activities, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Support prioritization and resource allocation decisions.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
  • Track regulatory developments and implementation requirements.
  • Ensure compliance milestones are achieved according to legislative deadlines.
  • Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage program budgets and forecast resource requirements.
  • Track project expenditures and benefits realization.
  • Oversee external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of program resources.

Executive Reporting & Communication

  • Develop executive dashboards and status reports.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, costs, and decisions required.
  • Facilitate communication among regional and global stakeholders.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Lead communication and change management strategies.
  • Coordinate training and readiness activities for impacted functions.
  • Support adoption of new processes, controls, and operating models.
  • Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

                                                                                                                        

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Program Management, PMO, Transformation, Finance, Tax, Consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional projects or transformation programs.
  • Strong project management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and collaboration tools such as Teams.
  • MBA, PMP, PgMP, PMI certification, or similar program/project management certification preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) required; experience working in a multinational and matrixed environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Brazil Tax Reform legislation and its implications for business operations, tax processes, and technology landscapes.
  • Experience leading regulatory, tax, ERP, finance, or business transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Planview, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing external consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Change management experience, including organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption planning.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of tax technology solutions and indirect tax engines (e.g., Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, SAP DRC, SYNCHRO) is a plus.
