What will you do  
The Digital Transformation partner will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of digital transformation initiatives within the Procurement Centre of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within the CoE team and with Category teams to implement digital solutions, support performance management and reporting, and enhance procurement efficiency. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management skills, a focus on digital transformation, and a deep understanding of procurement processes. The role will apply standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools within the respective category teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the champion of Kenvue’s key Project Management System (Planisware) and educate categories on best practices
  • Use data visualization tools to design, maintain & optimize dashboards and reports to track procurement performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Data Transformation Office to design, implement & ensure seamless integration of transformational tools to enhance procurement processes & efficiency
  • Represent the CoE Team on Forums about data management tools and work as “Directly Responsible Individual” for knowledge building
  • Provide training and support to procurement teams on new tools and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement operations.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sourcing teams and Project Management Office.
  • Assist in change management efforts related to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process

What we are looking for:

 
Required Qualifications 

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or other related field, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, within Procurement in Category management and/or Region or Country management
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools, such as Power BI, PowerApps, SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and governance frameworks is preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational transformation is preferred
  • PMP Certification or Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Project Management Organization is desirable
