This position reports to the Manufactruing Excellence/PMO Lead and is based at Stattena, Helsingborg.

What you will do
*Note – this role will start as a 12 month fixed term contract, with possibility to be extend or permanent.
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects within the MAKE organization. This role is focused on assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution, primarily within manufacturing operations. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities from initiation to completion.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of project KPIs and progress against goals.
- Help ensure projects follow PMO standards and methodologies.
- Financial Administration
- Support project budgeting and cost tracking under the guidance of senior managers.
- Assist with financial documentation and reporting for assigned projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Project Execution
- Leads and delivers successful implementation of projects such as (not limited to) supplier and material changes, compliance and regulatory amendments, new product introduction and technology transfers.
- Assist with resource coordination and timeline management.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Experience in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.
- Professional proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of GMP guidelines within manufacturing environments (e.g., Eudralex, PIC/s, 21 CFR FDA).
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and global teams.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish
