This position reports into HEAD OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS CEE/R&D SITE REGULATORY is based at Warsaw, Poland.

Job purpose:
Support of activities performed by Regulatory Affairs team related to the products marketed by Kenvue, including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Management of records and databases by keeping these up to date.
- Helping in compiling documentation to be submitted to the relevant authorities.
- Participation in the development of packaging material (Artwork).
- Keeping an up-to-date log on the tasks of the RA department, recording deadlines.
- Performing administrative tasks related to the operation of the RA department (communicating with partner departments, organizing meetings).
- Maintains and archives regulatory documentation (as appropriate).
- Conducts searches of existing files for requested information.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biotech or similar background would be an advantage
- Results driven with a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Confidence in decision making
- Problem solver
- Proficient in English and Polish language skills
