This position reports into Director FemCare & Baby Hub Central Europe and is based in Neuss, Germany

Key Responsibilities
· Support the Brand Lead in strategic leadership across priority CE markets, ensuring consistency, focus and cluster relevance
· Own the CE adaptation of Global Playbooks translating global strategy into clear actionable framework for CE markets
· Lead channel and media strategy at CE level, including development of CE media strategies and guidance for local media plans
· Accountable for CE NPI pipeline portfolio governance and cluster level prioritization in close collaboration with Global and R&D teams.
· Act as primary interface to Global teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, innovation and long term growth choices
· Drive insight led decision making by initiating and leading CE level market research and integrating into strategic recommendations
· Independently lead cross functional and cross country projects that strengthen brand performance, scalability and executional excellence
· Partner closely with local Brand & Shopper teams to ensure clarity of roles, strong handover from strategy to execution and consistent deliver across markets
· Mentor, coach, and train Brand Managers and Junor Brand Managers in partnership with the brand leader in preparation for future people leadership roles
Required Qualifications
· Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
· At least 4+ years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry
· International experience through internships or studies desirable
· Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling
· Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
· Confident handling of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization)
· Intercultural competence and outstanding communication skills
· Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
· Business fluent in German and English
· Confident in the use of MS Office
