あなたがすること

The Zone Manager - Vietnam is responsible for leading & co-operating w/ Mass Distributor running Biz from Thanh Hoa to all North provinces w/ over 60 Dedicated Sale force (Supervisor/Seller) at General Trade channel. Build organization & Biz to grow both distributions, display stockweight and market share via fundamental orientation as well as excellence execution in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interviews, hires, trains and evaluate the performance of sales representatives. Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed.

  • ZM would train, coach and qualify for Sale Team (Supervisor/Seller) at knowledge & skills as well as the ways to overcome the challenges or difficulties to win Fundamental & Prominence visibility in the market.

  • Build effectively MCP/Model and Coverage Optimization. Build fundamentals in the market: Coverage discipline, MCP, distribution, display & stock weight program at stores

  • Establish team and individual sales goals and provide effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance. Allocates or adjusts resources as needed. Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

  •  Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information. Provides account support and administration to increase company products’ presence with accounts.

  • Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.

  • Prepares and controls budgets for a particular district or region; Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance.

  •  Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

  • Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

  • SubD engagement on operation (recruitment, logistics, receivable, FOC …) and manage & access business performance & quality of SubD and make change if needed.

  • Deliver the KPI target being aligned monthly/quarterly/yearly.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree a plus.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in General Trade(GT) channel at FMCG industry.

  • Strong experience and Deep understanding of GT environment at North provinces- Viet Nam

  • Working experience at position of Regional Sale Manager (RSM) level & above would be the advantage.
