What you will do

This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or engineers with up to 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge process automation, equipment reliability programs, utility system operation, and smart factory projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a supportive, cross-functional environment, where you can learn, contribute, and grow into a future technical leader.

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

Ÿ Participating in process automation projects to improve efficiency and system integration

Ÿ Assisting in CAPEX projects (planning, vendor coordination, implementation)

Ÿ Supporting equipment specification development and layout/utility changes

Ÿ Helping analyze equipment failures and contributing to root cause investigations

Ÿ Assisting MES and SCADA integration with internal and external partners

Ÿ Supporting Utility system operation and monitoring (e.g., electricity, HVAC, compressed air, steam, chilled water) to ensure stable and efficient plant operations

Ÿ Using data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement

What we are looking for

Ÿ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, or related fields

Ÿ 0–3 years of relevant experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)

Ÿ Interest in manufacturing technology, utility operation, and continuous improvement

Ÿ Ability to communicate in English (basic business level; growth will be supported)

Ÿ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
