Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or engineers with up to 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge process automation, equipment reliability programs, utility system operation, and smart factory projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a supportive, cross-functional environment, where you can learn, contribute, and grow into a future technical leader.
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
Participating in process automation projects to improve efficiency and system integration
Assisting in CAPEX projects (planning, vendor coordination, implementation)
Supporting equipment specification development and layout/utility changes
Helping analyze equipment failures and contributing to root cause investigations
Assisting MES and SCADA integration with internal and external partners
Supporting Utility system operation and monitoring (e.g., electricity, HVAC, compressed air, steam, chilled water) to ensure stable and efficient plant operations
Using data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, or related fields
0–3 years of relevant experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
Interest in manufacturing technology, utility operation, and continuous improvement
Ability to communicate in English (basic business level; growth will be supported)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
