What you will do

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with one or two major customers in the Drugstore channel. You’ll work closely with senior KAMs, the Sales Lead, and multifunctional teams to drive business performance, launch new products, and build strong partnerships with our retail partners. You won’t just follow plans — you’ll co-create them, own them, and see your ideas come to life in the market.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts, focusing on profitability, new listings, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Drive client P&L and ensure alignment with broader commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Lead execution of promotions and new product launches, ensuring timely and impactful rollout.
  • Track category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships through trust, insight, and consistency.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or OTC/pharma environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills – you can turn numbers into strategy.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can build relationships fast.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative, performance-driven team.
