What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with key customer/-s.

  • Manage and drive the client’s P&L, focusing on sales, profitability and new product introductions to meet company objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and execute activation plans tailored to dedicated customer/-s.

  • Prepare and execute promotional activities, while actively monitoring competitors' activities and industry trends.

  • Handle operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

  •  Lead the implementation of new products, ensuring timely and effective roll-out.

  • Continuously implement innovative ideas to improve ways of working and achieve better sales outcomes.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, with a strong track record in managing key accounts, preferably in fmcg sector.

  • Strong proficiency in Polish, and upper-intermediate English (B2) for everyday business communication.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
