HybridWhat you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with key customer/-s.
Manage and drive the client’s P&L, focusing on sales, profitability and new product introductions to meet company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and execute activation plans tailored to dedicated customer/-s.
Prepare and execute promotional activities, while actively monitoring competitors' activities and industry trends.
Handle operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Lead the implementation of new products, ensuring timely and effective roll-out.
Continuously implement innovative ideas to improve ways of working and achieve better sales outcomes.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, with a strong track record in managing key accounts, preferably in fmcg sector.
Strong proficiency in Polish, and upper-intermediate English (B2) for everyday business communication.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
