HybridWhat you will do
The Key Account Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the State Group portfolio, building relationships with key decision makers and conducting range review presentations. This role also supports the Pharmacy Wholesale function. You will also work cross-functionally with the business to drive our strategic objectives, be responsible for developing sales forecasts and reports, and analysing customer business opportunities:
Key Responsibilities
Community Pharmacy Groups:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer business plans
Drive business planning cycles for your state portfolio including annual category reviews
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Deliver compelling presentations to key customer executives and decision makers
Develop promotional programs that operate within marketing objectives, drive ROI and are within the assigned budget
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, including negotiating, aligning, and executing promotional activities to ensure the smooth delivery of brilliant execution.
Track NTS, Market Share and supply chain metrics for your customers
Forecast and report accurate sales data to inform sales strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and campaigns.
Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for the field sales force to secure sales
Pharmacy Wholesale Support:
Maintain master data and internal reporting
Work closely with all Wholesaler pricing departments to ensure all price changes, product changes, new lines are set up in time, including deal submissions
Update field where necessary of any deals or changes
Manage administrative account issues that may arise
Manage adhoc queries from the field team
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Tier 1 FMCG experience in either Sales, Marketing, Field or Category
Prove track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and contribute to team success
