Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Key Account Manager. This position reports into Head of National Key Account and is based at Jakarta Head Office.

What You Will Do
Role Summary:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable business growth across assigned key accounts through strong commercial strategy, effective account management, and execution excellence. This role will focus on managing strategic retail partners, strengthening customer relationships, optimizing sales performance, and identifying business opportunities to maximize category growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key account portfolios including Guardian, Hero, and Sociolla to drive sales growth and strengthen business partnerships.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly account management plans by identifying growth opportunities, performance gaps, and new business initiatives.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions with customers across multiple categories such as Sensitive Skin, Baby, Mouthwash, and OTC.
• Manage trading term negotiations, ensuring alignment with budget targets and commercial objectives.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to improve sales and operational performance.
• Monitor weekly business performance metrics including sell-in performance, OSA, MSL, Perfect Store execution, and competitor activities.
• Perform monthly SISO analysis to support better demand planning, inventory management, and long-term business sustainability.
• Manage account P&L and support financial planning activities including CIW budget management.
• Collaborate closely with the Channel Team to review promotional effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for future activities.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional activities, POSM implementation, and in-store visibility aligned with approved internal plans.
• Lead and develop field force capabilities including sales promoters and merchandising teams within the HABA channel.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with buyers and key account stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and turn challenges into actionable growth strategies.
• Passion for Account Management with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing Health & Beauty channels, particularly Guardian, will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales performance management including sell-in, offtake, forecasting, and budget monitoring.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
