What you will do
The Lead Analyst, Global Third Party Intermediary Program will support the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) organization and the Third Party Intermediary (TPI) life cycle management program and report to the Director, TPI Americas & EMEA. The position will assist and provide oversight of the end-to-end TPI program in support of global Kenvue partners, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Development, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.
The role will have overall responsibility for assisting with the global TPI life cycle management program. They will serve in execution of TPI monitoring efforts, TPI life cycle management, guidance and expert in TPI system and process, and assist in daily TPI guidance, training, process progression, and system questions. The role will also work on establishing monthly, quarterly progress dashboards, and review with leadership regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining an effective TPI compliance program to ensure business activities comply with Kenvue Global Compliance Guide (GCG), regulations, industry standards, and company policies on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws.
- Responsible for oversight of the global TPI program including:
- Create, own, execute monitoring plan for global TPI program
- Follow monitoring strategy to execute monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc monitoring on end-to-end TPI lifecycle management
- Monitoring review with key partners globally, in conjunction with director
- Create new and enhance current dashboard/metric tools
- Provide regular metric and insights updates to Group Lead and team
- Collaborate actively with Global Business Intelligence (KLC Strategy & Operations) to secure data and tools needed for the execution of TPI life cycle management and monitoring strategies
- On-going TPI training
- Key member of the TPI global workstream and participation on recurring meetings to assist in achieving effective and efficient TPI strategic goals
- This position will collaborate with TPI team, E&C officers, Trade Compliance Screening team, and ad hoc with other technical teams. They will provide regular updates and partner with key stakeholders to ensure governance and oversight of the TPI compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or company policies.
- Provide procedural direction of TPI-related GCG policies/procedures, education, training, and communications on GCG requirements to all relevant employees.
- Developing and implementing the TPI monitoring program, in conjunction with TPI directors, and provide oversight to regions of any gaps identified during monitoring.
- Ad hoc interface with legal counsel regarding E&C requirements, legal interpretations, and region-specific issues.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent degree in any area
- Fluency in English
- 5 years of business experience including data monitoring with experience summarizing results required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Ethics & Compliance or related compliance function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance) required
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a TPI monitoring program in accordance with an organization's risk profile is required
- Strong knowledge of international, federal and local fraud and abuse laws, FDA regulatory promotional practices, anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (such as FCPA), Industry Codes, financial or auditing practices and other relevant and applicable company policies
- Ability to lead and communicate across multiple regions and countries
- Proven track record interacting with team leadership
- Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, review findings, and work towards solutions to drive compliant growth
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, program management skills, and analytical/process skills
